I too just discovered this podcast. Very informative and the host is amazing!
Something is mentioned in the first episode about “Islamic Scientology”. What the heck is that? Never heard of that before. Is there such a thing in Alberta?

Islamic Scientology is not, to the best of my knowledge, a real religion. When my previous co-host had left the show, she jokingly cited that as her reason. That religion sounds like it would be mighty complex. :)

Love the show. I’ve started listening to the the earliest podcasts.
I would like to know if Mike Harrison or any one else has found out if there are studies showing how successful cross training of the genders is. For example can women improve their spatial reasoning and men improve their communication and relational skills with training and practice?
I’ve read a lot of claims put forth by evolutionary psychologist justifying discrimination by saying that these difference in the brain exist. Aren’t our brains plastic enough to work towards equalizing the skill sets between the sexes? Have any studies been done about this?
