  1. I have actually tried a couple “fad” diets but the only thing that ever really works for me is cutting out cars from my diet.

    As soon as I start getting to and from ork under my own power (bicycle, rollerblade, etc) I end up with more money in my pocket and the pocket is on a slightly smaller pair of pants.
